Accessibility Statement
We Elevate wants this website and the Elevate app to be usable by everyone. We measure ourselves against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, level AA.
Where we stand
This website is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 level AA. An automated audit of all 34 published pages currently reports no violations of the level A and AA success criteria. “Partially conformant” is still the honest rating: automated tools only catch part of what can go wrong, and important areas have not yet been tested manually — see below.
What is not accessible yet
As far as we know today:
- The videos in the Video Academy do not yet have captions or transcripts (WCAG 1.2.2, level A).
- Not yet tested systematically — and therefore likely to contain further problems — are output with screen readers (NVDA, VoiceOver) and the Elevate app on iOS and Android. The sign-up and checkout flow has been fully keyboard-operable since 13 August 2026 and is verified with an automated keyboard walkthrough.
Issues found and fixed in earlier audits are not listed here — this statement describes the current state.
How this statement was prepared
Prepared on 5 August 2026, last reviewed on 13 August 2026. Based on an automated audit with axe-core against the WCAG 2.1 success criteria at levels A and AA. All 34 published pages were tested — the public site, sign-in and registration, the dashboards, the academy and every trading tool.
